Optracs is preparing for launch. This website introduces the platform and its planned pricing. It does not create an account, take a payment or start a subscription. We confirm availability, fit and the terms that apply before inviting you to subscribe.
Contact us by email.
The email links open your own email app with a draft addressed to john@optracs.com. You choose what to include and whether to send it. A short description of your business, your team and how you work today is enough. Please leave customer records, passwords, payment details and other sensitive information out of your first message.
When secure early-access signup is available.
If the secure signup option is shown, you can submit your email address and ask to be contacted about Optracs early access. The request is sent to the Optracs application and stored for the team to follow up. No account, subscription, payment or automatic confirmation email is created. You can contact john@optracs.com about your request or to ask for it to be removed.
Choosing secure signup loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. That service processes technical browser and network information to run its security check. If the check or the submission is unavailable, you can use the email link instead. The form reports receipt only when the application confirms it stored the request; an uncertain result is not shown as success.
What this website does.
The site's own scripts, served from this site, open its navigation, play the animated walkthroughs of a sample job as you scroll (or show them still, if your device asks for reduced motion), switch between the role examples, run the headcount slider, switch between monthly and annual pricing, and copy the contact address when you ask. When configured, they also run the early-access flow described above. The site has no analytics tracker, advertising pixel or application login. Its scripts don't set cookies or save your browsing choices; the optional security service is separate.
Those facts describe the website itself. They don't describe a future application account or the request logs of a hosting service. Email john@optracs.com with a privacy or data-handling question.
Subscription and legal documents.
The application's subscription terms, privacy policy and data processing agreement are being prepared for review. They are not offered as final documents on this site. We'll provide the documents that apply before public signup or a paid subscription.
