A few Crew tools, like measurements and insurance claims, suit some trades more than others. Tell us what you do and we'll say plainly what fits.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, and the price is per company. Invite each person by email and give them a role: Owner, Admin, Sales, Crew or Viewer. They see what that role allows.

It's coming soon. Until then, Optracs runs in the web browser on any device, with the same workspace, jobs and boards. It needs a connection: there's no offline mode.

No. Each customer gets one link with no login: documents to sign, their estimates, invoices with the balance, and their project, under your logo.

Online card payments aren't part of early access. You record payments yourself: check, cash, bank transfer, financing or a card taken elsewhere. The invoice and the customer's link update when you do.

Estimates, invoices and documents go when you send them, under your company name. Follow-up emails on open estimates and unpaid invoices stay off until you switch them on.

Yes, from a CSV, for contacts, estimates, invoices and jobs. Optracs matches your columns by their headings and shows what it will import before anything is saved. It isn't a one-click move from another system, so we'll go through your records with you.

Yes. Export every record as CSV files from Settings, one file per table. Stored files, like photos and signed documents, aren't part of that export.

No. Optracs runs the work: estimates, invoices, recorded payments and job costs. It isn't a general ledger, a payroll service or a tax tool, so keep your accounting software for those.

The Owner and Admin roles. Invoices and payments aren't part of the standard Sales, Crew or Viewer roles.
