- Customers and pipelineEvery contact is marked new lead, engaged, customer or past customer from their deals, not by hand. Drag deals between stages, with a response clock on every new lead.
- JobsA job opens when its deal leaves first contact and is unlocked when the deal is Won. Rename any stage, or build a pipeline of your own.
- EstimatesStandard line items from your own catalog, with quantities from the takeoff. A profit slider reprices the whole estimate to your target margin. Your templates, groups, terms and labels, and options when you want to offer a choice.

What does Optracs cost?
$99 a month for Solo, $249 for Crew and $449 for Company. Paid yearly, it's $990, $2,490 or $4,490, which is two months free. Every plan includes unlimited users, and there's no setup fee.
Is there a free month?
Solo and Crew start with 30 days free and no card. Company takes a card and has no free month.
What costs extra?
Only storage, and only if you run out of room: $5 a month for each extra 50 GiB on Solo, and $39 a month for each extra TiB on Crew and Company. Nothing per person, nothing per job, nothing per report.
