, version 1.0.4
- A subscription the Owner cancels says so. Billing shows "Cancels on" and the day it ends, and what happens after, where it said "Renews on".
- A subscription cancelled before its first payment shows only the day it ends.
- A subscription that is set to end is resumed first, and then it can switch to annual.
, version 1.0.3
- Every workspace has one Owner. Users & roles shows the Owner on one row. The Owner can hand the workspace over to an Admin, who becomes the Owner when they accept.
- Admins can open Settings and Billing. Handing the workspace over, closing it, clearing its data and cancelling its subscription stay with the Owner.
- The Owner can close a workspace in Settings. It is deleted 30 days later. Until then the Owner can sign in to export its records or reopen it.
- A person can delete their own account in Security. What they made stays with each business.
- A signer agrees to sign electronically with its own checkbox, and the signed PDF's record page says so.
- A long estimate, invoice, contract or inspection report makes its PDF, and every page has its footer.
- A subcontractor's Schedule shows their jobs. It lists each job they are on that has a day in the next two weeks.
- A slow service no longer holds every page. On the evening of October 6, pages were slow or failed for about twelve minutes. Optracs now stops waiting after a few seconds, so a page loads or says it couldn't.
, version 1.0.2
- Times read in your company's time zone, on the pages you send to customers and on their PDFs too.
- In the evening, today's work no longer reads as overdue, and a certificate that expires today no longer reads as expired.
- A job's checklists start closed. Each one is a row with its name and how far along it is.
- The Documents card says how to make a document.
- Choosing how many steps your boards have is easier to read.
- The corner of the screen shows the version you are on.
, version 1.0.1
- A fix on our side, released the same night. Nothing in a workspace changed.
, version 1.0.0
